trendline is going to organize a training program on DOMESTIC ENQUIRY, DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE & RELEVANT LABOR LAWS in Chittagong, Bangladesh on –

trendline will issue certificate to all the participants after successful completion of the training program.

The aim of discipline is to correct unacceptable behavior and adopt a progressive approach in the workplace. This also creates certainty and consistency in the application of discipline. Before taking any disciplinary action against any workman, s/he is to be given an opportunity of being heard. Through domestic enquiry, an employee gets opportunity to defend the allegations made against her/him. To ensure Natural Justice and to have a healthy and disciplined environment in an organization and to avoid the legal obligation, a proper domestic enquiry should take place. 

Trendline has organized the day long corporate training on Training of Trainers (TOT) for Coats Bangladesh at BRAC Centre, Rajendrapur, Gazipur. The medium of the training were both in English and Bangla lectured by renowned trainer Mr. Khawaja Saifullah, Country Manager – WRAP Bangladesh.
